Traditional meatballs are enjoyed by everyone – we have been producing the beloved "Swedish" Meatballs for over 50 years. These precooked chicken and pork meatballs heat up in just a few minutes in the microwave, air fryer, skillet, or oven. Serve them Nordic-style with mashed potatoes, lingonberry or create a delicious meatball pasta or sandwich.

How to prepare

  • Cook for maximum of 2-3 minutes (700 W).

  • Sautéing is a gentle method that allows you to cook the meatballs while absorbing other flavours. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Sauté the meatballs for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add any spices or vegetables you like during the last few minutes.

  • Pan frying is a quick and easy way to cook meatballs. Heat the pan over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

  • Oven frying is a handy method to get evenly cooked meatballs. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the meatballs in the dish and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Transfer to a refrigerator and defrost naturally. Enjoy as it is, no heating required.
