

Alfredo pasta with Carlos sausage
Method

Start by cooking the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the sausages in half lengthways and cut into nice crescent-shaped pieces.

Melt the butter in a large pan and add the sausage pieces. Fry until the sausages have a nice crispy surface.

Pour in the apple cider vinegar, fresh sage and bring to the boil. Add the cream and allow to bubble for a few minutes to thicken the sauce slightly.

Season the cream sauce with salt and pepper. Check the taste.

Drain the cooked pasta and pour into the sauce. Put the pan back on the stove and stir the pasta to mix the sauce well.

Finish the pasta by adding the Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan and a drizzle of good quality olive oil. Serve and enjoy the deliciously creamy Pasta Carlos Alfredo.
