Method

  • Mix together the mustard powder and sugar. Bring the water to a boil and add it, stirring  constantly, until the mixture is the desired thickness. Season with salt and vinegar, also cognac if desired. 

  • Pour the mustard into a glass jar and close tightly. Let the mustard sit in the fridge for at least a day. Mustard gives a nice touch to the HK grill sausage.
