Meatballs fetapasta

Method

  • Grease the bottom of the baking casserole with a generous drizzle of olive oil. Place the whole feta in the center of the casserole. Spread the spices evenly over the feta. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Place the cherry tomatoes in the casserole and toss in the olive oil. Sprinkle with black pepper and finish with a pinch of salt. 

  • Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, add the meatballs and bake for 15-20 minutes. 

  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente and save about 1.5 dl of the stock.

  • Drain the pasta and remove the casserole from the oven. Stir the pasta carefully but gently in the pan. Add more stock if necessary. 

  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
