Method

  • Pour the tomato puree, vinegar and tomato paste into the pot, simmer for a moment and add the meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes. 

  • Chop the pickle and chives.

  • Cut the baguette into four pieces and cut in half, but do not cut the baguette in two. 

  • Mix the sauce ingredients together and check the salt. 

  • Place the grated cheese inside the baguette, the meatballs and the grated cheese on top as well. 

  • Garnish with alabama white sauce, chives and pickles.
