Pour the tomato puree, vinegar and tomato paste into the pot, simmer for a moment and add the meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Chop the pickle and chives.

Cut the baguette into four pieces and cut in half, but do not cut the baguette in two.

Mix the sauce ingredients together and check the salt.

Place the grated cheese inside the baguette, the meatballs and the grated cheese on top as well.

Garnish with alabama white sauce, chives and pickles.
