Method

  • Chop the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add them to a large saucepan (3 l) with the olive oil and seasoning. Freeze for a moment to cook the onions and release the flavours.  

  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the pot with the canned tomatoes, water and spaghetti.  

  • Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally to prevent the spaghetti from sticking together. The cooking time of the spaghetti is extended by the acids in the other ingredients of the pot: the spaghetti is cooked in about 15-18 minutes.  

  • Add the chopped basil, mascarpone and HK Nordic Oatballs to the cooked pasta. Serve with veggie parmesan.

  • Serve with tasty vegeparmesan.
