

Potato salad with Angela grill sausage

Method

Dice the cooked potatoes into 1cm x 1cm pieces. Dice the onion, apple and pickles into small cubes.

Transfer to a round bowl. Gently but evenly mix in the mayonnaise and mustard. Finally, add the chives. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Make small incisions on both sides of the sausages and fry in a pan until nicely crispy.

Serve the sausages with potato salad.
