Method

  • Chop the sausages into 1cm discs. Put the pan on the stove. 

    Fry the sausages in a splash of oil until crispy, remove and set aside.

  • Chop the onions, peppers, garlic and mushrooms to your liking.

    Add the vegetables to the same pan and add oil as required.

    Add thyme and rosemary, continue to fry for about 8 minutes. Add the sausages and tomato paste. Stir well.

  • Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake in a 200°C oven for about 15 minutes.

  • Serve as it is, with rice, potatoes or quinoa, or even as a topping for bread.
